Melissa’s communication from the inspection to approval and all the formalities thereafter was incredibly quick and efficient throughout the whole process. I inspected the property Thursday evening and Melissa had my application processed, sent to the owners and I received my notification of being approved lunchtime on the Friday. Melissa then followed it up by having the deposit paid, Bond setup and move in day locked in and all organised that same afternoon, she made the whole process fast and completely stress-free.
