I recently spoke with the legal assistant, Nicole at this firm. It was a terrible experience as she was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of answering my questions, she showed no interest in helping me and was quite unpleasant. I later spoke with their lawyer, who unfortunately mirrored her behaviour and attitude toward me.
As I have dealt with several legal firms concerning my property sale, I must say that this company is by far the worst. The lack of customer service is appalling and I strongly advise people to stay away from this office for any real estate concerns.
