About this business

At Pallet, we pride ourselves on our mission to inspire, educate, and celebrate the global community through specialty coffee. It starts with the ground up. Our coffee comes from real relationships we've spent years developing with our producers and farmers. They have become our extended family. Our goal is to work with these amazing people to build long-term connections and highlight the effort, enthusiasm, and dedication behind each cup of coffee we serve. Our team is obsessed with the specifics at every level. Pallet is a company based in East Vancouver that specializes in coffee that was founded in late 2014. Our vision is to bring great specialty coffee to all in our neighborhood. We are also a local coffee shop that is dedicated to helping the community. Our goal is to give you a high-quality product while also helping craft coffee. Pallet Semlin's first roasting/retail space was located in a 4,000 square foot space that had previously served as a former seafood packager. Our ambition to show an extensive range of coffees produced by talented producers from around the world started with our commitment to quality, transparency, and traceability in specialty coffee. Pallet steadily expanded over the following 5 years and now has seven locations throughout Metro Vancouver. Pallet has evolved into a full-service roastery as well as a cafe/restaurant operator. They also provide training and serve as a wholesale partner for various Canadian businesses.

Reviews Summary

Pallet Coffee Roasters reviews are mostly positive, with most customers praising the atmosphere, good coffee, and good service. Regulars come for the atmosphere and the drinks, and many items are well-liked. They try hot drinks and normal food, and the food is special because it is nicely done and has interesting flavours. The coffee shop has many positive reviews and is recommended in Vancouver. Some guests mentioned gatherings and filming and the coffee shop must be an enjoyable place as it is relaxing. The restaurant is good and is a lovely place for a meal or a drink. There are a lot of criticisms, with the food being very costly and the coffee shop not staying open long enough. The high price is the one barrier to a general recommendation and is surprising. The guests are fine, but the meals are too costly part of the time, so the overall rating is 4 stars.
