Child Care Plus Daycare

Established in 1974, Child Care Plus is an independently operated daycare licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Education. The Quality Initiative Program, "Early Years Engage - Continuous quality improvement in Waterloo Region," includes our program. We offer more than the requirements and provide quality care for our families. Through the guidance of registered early childhood educators (ECE apprentices), our quality programs, children learn while enlivened. Our caring and loving educators use their tenderness to encourage every child and run age-appropriate programs as per the Child Care and Early Years Act rules. Our preschool program assists children in improving their language and expressive skills, learning self-help skills and self-esteem. Children are also encouraged to have a genuine interest in nature, learn about community inclusion, and acquire new concepts like numbers, letters, shapes, patterns, etc., which can be helpful for kindergarten.

Reviews for ChildCare Plus are overwhelmingly positive. Multiple parents credit the daycare with fostering linguistic and social skills, independence, and bodily autonomy in their children, as well as providing nutritionally sound, developmentally appropriate meals. They notice the enthusiasm their children have for the facility rather than dread. Its teachers, especially Miss V, Miss M, and Mrs. Crystal, are frequently lauded for their devotion to students as well as the school's cleanliness.
