Waterloo Co-Operative Preschool

Waterloo Co-Operative Preschool is a cooperative preschool where children and parents learn together. Our early childhood educators (RECEs) deliver high-quality programming and services guided by Ontario’s Early Years pedagogy. At WCP, we believe that all children are competent and capable of complex thinking. We also believe that they have the potential to be curious and competent. WCP creates a welcoming space where children are accepted and allowed to develop their talents and strengths. The school offers a safe, nurturing, and learning environment for young children. Children can engage in gross motor activities either outdoors or indoors in the fully-fenced gym. The outdoor playground is equipped with a variety of toys and equipment, allowing children to ride bikes, play with sports balls, and use other sports equipment. Children are encouraged to engage in active play. When children are done playing outside, they are reminded to bring their outdoor clothing inside. WCP also offers toilet training, so children don't need to be toilet-trained. Preschool children must be at least 30 months old. On the two-day program, there are 16 and eight students, and the Friday program is overseen by one teacher (Aug, 2022).

Waterloo Co-opt is a high-class learing preschool that caters for all backgrounds which makes the school ideal. They have a great educational program, with all the goals, there is ample growth and development for children. The teachers are loving and caring and the play portal is large and equipped with play and entertainment. They use natural play equipment to nature the children. It is like a community which makes it a wonderful environment for kids. The regular communication gives parents satisfaction and participation in the children's activities. This involvement is sweet for the kids' growth and knowledge which is ideal. For others, it would be a better place to work and send their children. Parents recommend for this and that is good.
