Reviews Summary

Feedback overall reveals that patients are pleased with the hospital where staff are compassionate, professional, and expert in their work. Doctors are accommodating, answering questions, and offering explicit instructions, giving most patients a reassured stay. Also, respondents comment on the amazing care from nurses. Many note that nurses such as Raquel, Taylor, Donna, and Rose went above for them. They are either worried or have numerous issues but know their caretakers are there to comfort. Emergency care is recognized often. One person even jokes that they are available if the nurse wants to marry. The hospital gets some gratitude as the team saves many lives. Having experience in the hospital only advises trying to visit the facility to experience the outstanding services provided. It is fun and informative to work there. The first-time hospital visitor may have some unanswered queries after being in a place where there are lots of experts who are ready, willing, and able to give them directions or answer them. The hospital is unique because people have MTSA that is not common to most people. The team is committed and dedicated enough to working and ensuring that the patients are well taken care of. It was a fantastic experience in the hospital since the team is well-coordinated and has the same goals.

Had an excellent experience at cardiac wing. Waited a while in emergency but knew I was being monitored. Ambulance crew were wonderful, cheerful and caring. Staff at hospital were great, pleasant, professional and caring. Doctors were efficient and spoke to me in direct and clear language, not condescending. They asked lots of questions to fully understand my possible heart problems. Gave clear directions on was to follow. Thanks to all staff for making my stay aa reassuring experience.
