It is self-owned and run, with oversight provided by a Board of Directors comprised of WELS laymen and pastoral volunteers from a Federation of Arizona WELS churches in the Phoenix region. ALRC employs a full-time manager who lives on-site to oversee day-to-day operations, give spiritual and material assistance, and guarantee that each resident has a secure and comfortable place to live.
