Customer Reviews Best mechanic around town!!!!! Love coming here for all things!! I recently drove from NorCal to Phoenix with my cousin to catch the suns vs. warriors. A couple days into my trip my coolant temp started to rise - I took my car to firestone and was charged extra for a further diagnostic to inspect my radiator fans. They eventually quoted me 3.5k in damages, as a young woman traveling I didn’t know what to do so I called Arthur, for a second opinion. He was extremely thorough and helpful and, went out of his way to explain everything to me and assure me he can find a resolution at a cheaper price. After finding the issue, and seeing that firestone completely LIED to me about the issues, Arthur was able to grab the part and fix my car the same day for less than 1/3 of what I was quoted originally. I’m so thankful to have found them and if you are in the area and need car work you are safe in his hands. Amazing businessman and even better pricing. I will be sending my friends that are local to him & coming back if need be in the future. Had an appointment scheduled and get there ten minutes early and couldn't find anyone. Garage open, spoke to someone before I came. Strike 1, 2 ,and 3 for me Went to multiple shops and they keep telling me so many things were wrong with the car came here they seen me right away looked at my vehicle realized it was a loose tire they tightened it up and I was on my way I HIGHLY recommend and I will be bringing my car back here for all my future issues !!! Amazing service hands down !!!!!! Thank you again !!! We came in the middle of the night because our brake lights stopped working. The guys replaced them on spot and didn’t overcharge. Huge respect! I found Arthur on a Sunday after not being able to find any other shops that were open. I was on my last resort I called him and he told me to show up did what he could today and I’ll be back on Wednesday for more service I will 100% recommend Arthur again great pricing great service and they care about your time. I made the mistake of being cheap and giving this place a chance. They kept my car for 30 days and didn't fix anything. I had to pay hundreds of dollars then had to tow my car out. This is a real post not fake, if you ignore this it's on you. As a single mom with 3 little boys. With no car knowledge. And no one to help me. I came to this shop in the middle of the night desperate for help. Brakes on the brink of going out. And he saved the day. Provided a comfortable professional atmosphere for me and my kids to wait while he fix my car. Gave me a reasonable price and did a great job on my car. Trustworthy, great service, and safe . Thank you This mechanic shop gave me fast, courteous service and was very fair with their prices. Firestone wanted to charge me $338.00 for the same job that The Fix mechanic shop only charged me $140.00 for. These guys are honest and I, as a female really appreciate the fact that they did not try to overcharge me like Firestone's quote. Thank you and I will bring my car back to these guys from now on.
