They expanded in 1997 to create full-themed environments including artificial rockwork. They became a corporation in 1998. Dixon Studios, LLC is based in a production facility of 17,000 square feet located in Tucson, Arizona. The facility is complete, including the administrative offices. These offices are home to a team of Project Managers and Estimators as well as Project Engineers and an Administrative Support Team. Our inventory of hardwoods and chemicals is sufficient to meet all project requirements. The main purpose of this shop is to fabricate museum-quality models, aquarium habitats and murals. This area has a complete molding department on the mezzanine floor, which includes items like coral, insects and birds. Dixon Studios, LLC has the facilities, talent, and expertise to manage any project, at any stage. Our team can take your project through the entire process, from conception to installation and completion. We also handle all intermediate steps. Toole Shed Studios, an art studio located right in downtown Tucson. The residents of Toole Shed Studios have created an incredible amount of artwork over the past 20 years. The Warehouse Arts Management Organization is responsible for the organization. WAMO is dedicated to continuing and developing the works of the artists and other individuals that have contributed to the creation of Tucson's Historic Warehouse Arts District, a vibrant and diverse center for the arts. This district includes galleries, museums and nonprofit arts organizations as well as retail, residential and support interests. WAMO works in the Tucson Historic Warehouse Arts District, preserving a piece of Tucson's history. The Steinfeld Warehouse, the Toole Avenue Warehouses and other historic buildings will not be rebuilt. The Steinfeld Warehouse, built in 1907 by local businessman Albert Steinfeld for his retail businesses. The Steinfeld Warehouse is one of Tucson's best examples of warehouses from the early 20th Century. These Toole Avenue Warehouses have an impressive street presence that is unlike any other.

Tucson-based artist, I work in many different media. Since more than fifty years, I have been selling and creating my own art. But I cannot remember when I did not consider myself to be an artist. I remember clearly the age of 4. I was still a child when it came to art. Oil sticks are my main medium, although I do also encaustic, sculptural, printmaking and drawing. I combine these techniques. I paint animals, landscapes, portraits and figures. Recently, I have been working with absolutely no subject. I am influenced by folk art and pre-Columbian and ancient Egyptian art. Also, German Expressionism, Fauves and animals, as well as my subconscious. Many private and public collections, including the Tucson Public Library and Ronald MacDonald House in Tucson and around the world include my work.
