Open studio hours are held on Friday and Saturday afternoons. The master program teaches children creative thinking, explorational creative art and art concepts. Studio space serves both children and adults. I teach art monthly. There are several types of classes: drawing, exploration, open art for adults, and private lessons. Art allows you to think creatively and solve problems. It also opens up your mind to different ideas. Learn something new and be happy! Art brings me peace and tranquility. Art is tactile, unique, and interpersonal. You can learn to do it at any age. Watercolor, mixed media, and textural art are my favorite types of artwork.

Tucson-based artist, I work in many different media. Since more than fifty years, I have been selling and creating my own art. But I cannot remember when I did not consider myself to be an artist. I remember clearly the age of 4. I was still a child when it came to art. Oil sticks are my main medium, although I do also encaustic, sculptural, printmaking and drawing. I combine these techniques. I paint animals, landscapes, portraits and figures. Recently, I have been working with absolutely no subject. I am influenced by folk art and pre-Columbian and ancient Egyptian art. Also, German Expressionism, Fauves and animals, as well as my subconscious. Many private and public collections, including the Tucson Public Library and Ronald MacDonald House in Tucson and around the world include my work.
