Hartford Public Schools are currently looking for excellent candidates to fill the positions for the next school year. We want you to have the best possible experience. Hartford Public Schools has launched an Employee Referral program to reward and encourage staff who bring great employees to the district. Do you know someone at HPS who is a good fit for the district? Referring a new employee who is hired successfully can earn you up to $1500 ($1,500 if the person being hired has a certification or school nurse/$ 500 if they are not certified). You can help us grow our staff community to engage, educate and inspire the students. HPS staff will receive a fee for every candidate they successfully refer to the district during the school year 2022-2023. Referrals must be made through the New Hire Referral Form before the candidate is able to submit their application.
