Our owner's Emmy-winning TV series, Mutiny: The Third Season, is airing now. The Metropolitan Art and Business District (formerly named The MET) is transforming through a $100 million overhaul. Our anchor and intersection is Mutiny Artwrx, a safe, shared space where artists can live, eat, work, and enjoy each other. AsaCandler, co-founder of the Coca-Cola Company, established it in 1914. It was Georgia's biggest structure, but the U.S. military utilized it for WWI and WWII. It was converted into a distribution warehouse and a coffee roastery in the 20th century. We are in the heart of the 21st century, and this space is made for connections, entrepreneurship, and art. Mutiny Artwrx is where the artists live. Mutiny will offer enough vehicle parking for clients and members. We will be the anchor tenant of this new concept, and it is a great privilege. The new concept will include an artist and merchant market, coffee shops, and natural spaces, as well as a brewery and showrooms. Live lofts, art galleries, showrooms, and a brewery will also be incorporated.

Almost every client has shown their interest in the response information. However, one client chose our business but changed their attitude in the middle.
