Customer Testimonials: A-OK, but I only went once, they recommend multiple procedures... I'm getting a second opinion. Hygienist was efficient and kind. However, billing is attempting to charge more than my eob allows. Billing manager was supposed to get back to me with more information, but instead sent the same bill back. I won't go back to this business because of this bill. The cleaning person was thorough and quick as always. I will see her again in six months. Carolina smiles is a good dentist. I have been going there for many years. Great environment fast service. 5 stars Good job! Efficient check in and great crown work w Dr. Jessica! She explained the whole process! Sarah(?) the assistant was great as well! Very diligent! My visit was awesome! It is very good to get the whole procedure done like a cap and have it done in one day in two hours complete I appreciate the doctors and I appreciate everyone that instead of worked on me. Friendly faces clean environment. Excellent! I had a great experience. The Dentist was very gentle and walked me through the step for my crown. I'm scheduled to follow up here and do grateful for my experience. Everything was great! Awesome, attentive , professional, knowledgeable group. So grateful we get to go there. From the moment you walk in you get that personal touch. Very friendly staff. I have extreme anxiety at dentist and they did ok helping me to cope with it. Care Plan was made clear and financial expectations were explained well. Fist time patient here and I was pleased . I feel good about going through with the plan set for me. I’ve been going to Carolina Smiles for a few years they are great there. It was great has been every time I have went! Excellent care My visit to Carolina Smiles is always a pleasant experience. Dr. Wang does excellent work. I love Dr. Greenwood at Carolina Smiles! She is so good & I scarcely feel the numbing!! I will only go to her from now on!
