Feedback from Clients 1. Mary did an amazing cleaning. Thank you!2. I would not recommend [Company Name] because it handles too many patients. After my first visit, they told me I had gingivitis and I needed to come back in 2 months for cleaning. Well, when I went to the front desk to schedule my appointment, they advised they didn’t have an appointment available until 4 months out. I made the appointment for that and then at that appointment, they advised me I needed to schedule another appointment for another cleaning 2 months out. Well as you may expect, they didn’t have availability until 6 months out this time. So I asked them if I could schedule my next 2 appointments now so I could actually be in the right time frame for the appointments. I scheduled my next 2 appointments and the 6 months went by. The day right before my appointment, they sent me a text asking if I could come in earlier than my scheduled time. I told them I couldn’t because I had a work meeting. I was unable to reschedule for the week after because I was going on vacation. I told them to just cancel the whole appointment. I’ve switched to a new dentist because I think it is terrible customer service to have to make appointments 6 months in advance when they tell you that you actually need to make one 2 months out. And then the day right before the appointment they cancel it. I would recommend choosing a dentist that is actually accepting new patients and able to make appointments in a timely manner.3. Such a positive experience. The staff there are really kind and helpful. I would advise all my friends to use them.4. They were very nice every time I go in there very pleasant I love going there with very friendly people I appreciate them a whole lot I'm glad that I choose them for my dentist5. 1st Visit as a VA community care patient- and let me tell you; THIS OFFICE is AMAZING , VERY PERSONABLE, FRIENDLY, CLEAN, EFFICIENT & TIMELY!!! Couldn’t ask for a better Dental office. & service 12 out of 106. Every one was sooo nice, the dentist Scott was very knowledgeable and honest7. Everyone was very nice. Thanks for your kindness8.
