About DANCEFIX by HBDC DANCEFIX is a high-energy adult dance class that features exciting choreography. It is open to all individuals, regardless of their fitness or dance level. Cincinnati Ballet offers three DANCEFIX weekly classes. Blue Ash (Ohio) and Nashville (Tennessee) locations are available. The Founder Heather Britt is a dancer, choreographer, and Cincinnati-based professional. DANCEFIX is a dance fitness class for adults that features Heather's original choreography and that of HBDC instructors. The Class DANCEFIX is hip-hop, jazz, Latin, and lyrical dance choreography that is enjoyable and new for all dance levels. There are over ten different cardio dance combinations in an hour-long class, as well as a warm-up and tone section. Every week, you'll learn new dance choreography while practicing nine others. Our Purpose We promote health and happiness through dancing and connection with yourself and others. Our DANCEFIX dancers are frequently seen in flash mobs and other events that promote cultural, social, and arts causes.
