The space boasts an expansive 170,000 square feet of studios and art galleries. The Thriving district plays host to the THIRD FRIDAY Art Walk which spotlights the work of local artists and features numerous pop-up shops and food vendors. ARTFUL’s mission is to provide affordable spaces that support and educate artists on their quest to create, display and sell their artwork while making inspiration and creativity more accessible in the community. ARTFUL OHIO, INC. is a 501 (c) 3 organization which has gained a following steadily since 2017. The Heights neighborhood, including Cleveland, Shaker, and University Heights is the home of Greater Cleveland's largest concentration of artists. However, it has little or no studio space. ARTFUL addressed the lack of working studios in the area by leasing a space at the Coventry PEACE Building's upper mezzanine and creating 24 accessible studio spaces as well as a community flex space. Now we are entering the Phase II of our project. The majority of our ARTFUL Studios are located on the upper floor of the Coventry Peace Building, formerly Coventry elementary School in Cleveland Heights. Each studio features a wall and a separate entrance, as well as soaring skylights. Our 24 studios range in size, from small to very large.

One of the most productive collaborations is with ArtSpace, which is a creative workspace initiative, and its presence in Cleveland is a testament to the interests of local artists and entrepreneurs. Adding to the art community gives it an economic engine that can foster community growth and help in establishing a more sustainable urban community through art and creative work. When this effort is contrasted with this one, disadvantaging the street and gallery space in Cleveland shows that ArtSpace-Cleveland is interested in reinvigorating urban culture through artistic talent. She has won numerous awards for her work, which has been displayed nationally and internationally. Many art magazines feature her paintings. The Museum of Northeast Ohio Art has a figurative oil-grisaille painting, "Study from Behind". Tricia studied at Cleveland's Cooper School of Art as well as the Cleveland Institute of Art. She also attended New York Art Students League. In Philadelphia, PA she continued to study under Nelson Shanks in Studio Incamminati. Nicholas Loya, and Christine Uveges, the principals of this company, created their first work together in 1981. Since then, they have designed over 200 commissions for churches, museums, and public places in North America, Canada, and Europe. Eikona, which has been recognized three times by the OHIO Art Council as an outstanding design and traditional art company for their excellence, is quickly becoming a household name thanks to newspaper articles and mentions.
