Art Square Studios gives you a place to work as an artist. Simple. Houston's art scene is world-class. We love our Houston neighbors. Our art events celebrate our talented artists. Vicki and Ben had a mission. They knew it was not about the materials but the space. They wanted artists to have places where they could create. It needed to be a community since artists often work alone. In 1997, Ben and Vicki bought an abandoned building in Midtown. It was where an Insurance company once was, a City of Houston office built in, an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting room, and a haunted house brigade. This studio also features Art Supply Art Expo, the best supply store.
