My counseling approach is eclectic and adapts to the client's needs. It can be Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or play therapy. I focus on the person at their home and school and where they want to go. Counseling is a process that I use to meet clients where they are at this moment in their lives. Sometimes it is hard to find the right path in life. Writing songs and singing are some of the activities that I find beneficial for my mental health. For over 25 years, I've been playing the guitar. Also, I enjoy meditation and long walks. In my office, I offer talk and walk sessions.
