GTA/RTC was established to offer high-quality training and organizational development services at an affordable cost to public agencies. It also assists the parties in developing and implementing employee training programs. It is self-supporting and receives its income from grants as well as payments from other participants. The Center supports public agencies in California as well their staffs. We also work with them to improve their staff training and develop solutions. GTA/RTC aims to develop skills and motivate public servants so that they can make a difference in their workplaces as well as in their communities.
