ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

An Individual with a Tendency to Regularly Conflict with Others(convince the reader). Disagreements, conflicts, and most significantly, life would be incomplete. There is always a solution when there is much anger. People with high conflict can also explore protocols to return peace to a situation or make it less stressful. Consequently, High Conflict Individuals, or HCI, demonstrate one of the most difficult personality types. HCI account for about ten percent of the population, and they believe everything is okay, but it is not (High Conflict Institute, 2022). Normal conflicts are part of everyday life. Because HCIs understand them too well, they tend to think of themselves as the victims, allowing them to behave like they want without considering the results. HCI, on the other hand, escalate problems, and quarrels are deliberate. They also blame others for the problems they cause. Despite their dysfunctional behaviors, they are still misunderstood and often feel offended and threatened when challenged or when their ideal is not acknowledged. HCI resist change, and they are stubbornly. Most people can reason and negotiate. HCI people do not like compromise. Rather, they are known for exacerbating conflicts and increasing tension in every situation they find themselves in. This issue is often not about what you are looking for. There are more HCI than there used to be. HCI use it to communicate with the world. Their divorces are bitter enough, and they do not see each other again. They often disrespect other people in the workplace, accusing them of trying to thwart their progress. They can be irritating customers. They often get into social media fiasco.
