Conflict Resolution Services: Mediation, Arbitration, and Facilitation National Conflict Resolution Center provides training to help communities, individuals and organizations manage and solve conflicts with civility, expertise, and the required resources. Our mission is to solve problems with civility and equity for everyone. NCRC appeared in San Diego in 1983 as a project of both the University of San Diego Law Center (USDCL) and the San Diego County Bar Association (SDBA). Since then, NCRC has resolved over 20,000 disputes and has over 30 years of experience in conflict resolution. One every aspect of our lives involves a conflict. Effective communication strategies can help people find common ground, working together. The National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) offers mediation, conflict resolution, and training to resolve conflict in all areas.
