Contracts for professional dancers are seasonal, but many teaching artists and community-based programs are under contract year-round. Staff, both professional and volunteers, work around the clock to produce productions and promote educational programs and public performances. Friends of Connecticut Ballet is a group of dance enthusiasts who support the company through the funding of dancers, sponsorship of shows, and other special events.
