About the School
Since 1970, our school has been an East Hartford-based academy. Mary Morlock School of Performing Arts (formerly Morlock School of Dance) has been actively teaching. Mary Morlock is a well-known dancer and teacher who has devoted her life to teaching children. We were "brought up in the dance community," getting both dancer and teacher education. Mary, who has been teaching for 60 years, handed us the studio so that her legacy would live on.
