He eventually required a company to manage and professionally handle his real estate transactions and holdings. He was credited with building the Seattle Aquarium, and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and UW Intramural Athletics Building and Piers 20, 21, and 46. Sixty-01 Condos in Redmond and 770 condos were purchased and converted. More than 300 multi-family, industrial, and commercial projects were completed by Orville in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. Orville Cohen was the President and Founder of Century Construction Company, which significantly impacted Seattle. The reason why the President of Washington Management Company, Inc. is Mike Cohen is that he is Orville Cohen's son.
