Very happy to live here, in a wonderful atmosphere, with wonderful people. The apartment is very clean and cozy, so much light and most importantly warm. Would recommend it!

I’m staying at Crown Heights House while finishing a project in Brooklyn, and the experience has been better than expected. As a freelancer, I needed somewhere quiet but close to coffee shops for when I need a change of scenery. Crown Heights has this laid-back but creative energy, which is perfect. My only complaint is that the apartment’s common areas could use a little more space — with multiple roommates, it can feel cramped at times. Other than that, everything’s been smooth.
I’m a model from Cali and I move between cities quite often depending on gigs, so I’m very familiar with what else is out there in terms of co-living. The Central Park Manhattan House in the UWS is by far the nicest building I’ve stayed in across the board. It’s brand new, fabulous decorations, and gorgeous amenities like the furnished rooftop/backyard/smart gym. My roommates are all lovely and I’m super grateful that I found Outpost.
It's a decent option for short-term stays if you're in the midst of apartment hunting. Unlike Airbnb, it offers a communal living environment with shared spaces, which can be a pro. The location is convenient, and the staff is generally helpful. It's a practical solution for temporary housing, though it might not suit everyone's taste.
I moved to the Lexington House on the UES and really enjoyed my time there. The prewar building charm and proximity to the East River made it special.

I've been living at Bedford House for a few months, and overall, it's been a good experience. As a first-time coliving resident, I was a bit nervous, but Outpost made things fairly smooth with their monthly cleanings and the supplies they provide. Moving to a new city can be tough, but being part of the community here has definitely helped!
The Bedford House is spacious and nicely designed, with modern appliances and sleek furniture. The spiral staircase is a cool touch. Working from home is also pretty comfortable, thanks to the balcony and backyard where I can take breaks.
However, there were a few minor issues. Customer service didn’t answer my call during move-in, though they did respond quickly via email. There were also some maintenance issues when I arrived, but they were resolved after I reported them. Despite these hiccups, it's a solid place to live, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and vibrant living space.
The rooftop is a huge plus, and the modern gym is always well-maintained. I also love the on-site coffee shop. It really enhances the living experience here.
I've been living at The Maison on Edgecombe house for about a year now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the maintenance team is quick to address any issues. The only downside is occasional noise from the street, but it's manageable. Highly recommend!

I've been at Bedford House and it's been a good experience. Outpost makes coliving easy with regular cleanings and essentials. Moving to a new city can be tough, but the community here helps a lot. The balcony and backyard are great for work-from-home breaks.
I booked with my friend n the same apartment at the Monroe House and both of us are pretty happy with our choice so far! The apartment is huge and modern, and a close commute to our school. The dishwasher is a little unreliable, it broke and then stopped working again after the property manager fixed it. Bit annoying but a liveable nuisance. Pricing is fair considering the quality of the space, $ 1729 monthly including all utilities.
I've been a resident of the Outpost Club building for more than a year. During this time, the staff has consistently been available to offer assistance and support. The established system of house rules ensures safety and comfort for all residents. If you value a drama-free environment and seek a well-maintained living space, I highly recommend Outpost Club!
The washing machine broke down was repaired in 3 days but other thn that, pretty good experience at the Kensington House far! The room was one of outpost’s most affordable options for short term which is what drew me, especially considering the prices of hotels for longer stays. All essentials like subway/food stores are within walking distance. Highly recommended!
My stay at the Fort Greene House was comfortable and pleasant. The location was perfect for my needs, I was able to commute to lower Manhattan quickly and paid a much more reasonable rate. I arrived to a clean, comfortable room and apartment–there were no frills to the building in terms of amenities (the “gym” is extremely pared down) but you get what you pay for in that respect.
